Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in the contact form, we collect your full name, email address, phone number (optional), the role you need, how you heard about us, and your message. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share.

Booking a call. The “Book a Call” and “Hire” buttons take you to Calendly, a scheduling service. Calendly collects the details you enter there and handles them under its own privacy policy.

Basic technical information. Like any website, this website’s hosting provider receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. We use privacy-focused visitor statistics that count visits without using cookies and without identifying you.

Cookies. This website does not use cookies to track you.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us to:

• respond to your inquiry and set up a call;
• follow up with you about your inquiry and our services;
• understand which pages are useful and improve this website.

We do not send newsletters or marketing lists from the contact form. Follow-up messages relate to your inquiry. If you don’t want to hear from us again, reply to any of our emails or write to sebastian@iameiva.com, and we will stop.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

We use a few service providers to run this website and our communications. They handle information only to provide their service to us:

• Google (Google Workspace): stores contact form entries and delivers our email.
• Cloudflare: hosts this website and provides the visitor statistics.
• Calendly: schedules calls you book.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form entries and related messages for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we have about you;
• correct it;
• delete it;
• stop sending you follow-up messages.

Email sebastian@iameiva.com with your request. Depending on where you live, for example California, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to the people at Eiva who need it to respond to you. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information, such as case details or client information, through the contact form.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page.

This website describes Eiva’s remote assistant services for law firms and other businesses. Nothing on this website is legal advice. Eiva is not a law firm, and Eiva’s assistants support attorneys and businesses; they do not practice law or give legal advice. Using this website, filling in the form or booking a call does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other professional relationship.

Services and pricing

The services, prices (such as “starting at $12/hr”) and guarantees described on this website are general information. The terms that apply to any engagement are the ones in the written agreement between you and Eiva.

Using this website

Please use this website only for lawful purposes. Don’t try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to send spam or harmful content.

Our content

The text, logo, images and design of this website belong to Eiva or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for your own use, but you may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Links to other websites

This website links to other services, such as Calendly and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

No warranties

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Information may change without notice.
